How To See God Doing Well on Amazon KENP

Hi,

"How To See God: God Visions in Real Life" has been doing well on Amazon KENP (Kindle Edition Normalized Pages). KENP is the number of pages read by the users of Kindle Unlimited. Users of Kindle Unlimited can read any book free of cost. I guess I am correct with the information.

However, all I know is that it's some kind of library thing where users read your books through Kindle devices. It is similar to placing a library copy of your book and earning royalties from the number of pages read.

For now, they are said to be paying $0.00578 or something. That actually was 0.38 paise per page. So, if anyone read 100 pages, you would most probably get Rs. 38. I see in the community forums (where I am banned from posting messages) that the authors are either unhappy with what is paid per page or is happy or have mixed feelings over it. I haven't read much of those discussions.

On the first of September, I saw that only one page was read. Then, the next day, I was surprised to see the number of pages read rise to 24 pages. A little late into the evening, the number of pages read was 35 pages. The last time I tried to see how many pages were read by the dead of the night, I thought I would have some ten more pages being read.

To my surprise, shock and amazement, I saw that 315 pages were read on a single day. That's almost double the size of the book. The book was estimated 174 pages on some Kindle device according to Amazon. I thought that at least 10 or 15 people must have read the book on the same day through the Kindle Library.

However, though I would not know the number of people that read the book, as you would not if you sold physical copies or placed your book in a library, this was very surprising. Many authors who had about ten or so books reported KENP (Kindle Edition Normalized Pages) read of 1000 pages per day. But within one book, it was 315 per day. I guess the power of Kali is manifesting :)

It has been twenty days, since I published the book. Within twenty days, the book reaching these many hands is a positive trend. I am writing a couple of other books. Though I had typed away about 170000 words to make two parts of the first book within a month, I am going at a rather good pace writing the second and the third. The third book has been shaping well and so might become my second.

One more thing I wanted to tell you was, the book sold a few units in France! I did not imagine that I would get some Euros going! Thanks to those who bought the book from France! I would like more of EU sale!

I have removed the second version of the book from KDP Select to make it available on Smashwords. I will be try to publish on Smashwords by today. Writing is the busiest profession I guess. I am writing 24 hours a day and sleeping when it happens! See you again! Cheers!
